Learning to cook healthy foods is something not only for yourself but something you can pass onto your loved ones, your friends and your family.

The lessons start with the group meeting the nutritionist who will talk through the menu and give the class a lesson in the nutritional benefits of what they are eating.

The chef will then run the class through the courses, with each participant creating their own meals throughout the lesson. The lesson ends with the group eating together and talking through what they have learned.
