4 ingredient bread not bread

This is a mirage, for us at Ibiza Kitchen something of a masterpiece. Here´s the deal. It´s made with 4 ingredients and can be EASILY adapted to be gluten/wheat and dairy free. It´s quick and filling but the best bit? It´s mainly just yogurt! The yogurt makes this bread soft, it makes it pliable and it makes it puff up, it´s gorgeous.

Clever yummy bread can be used as a pita filled, it can be used as a wrap, it can be used for EVERYTHING you want as a bread replacement. Magic right?



 Step 1

It´s really this simple, pop all ingredients in the processer until the dough starts to roll around the sides and take it out.

Step 2

Sit the dough in a bowl and cover for about 30 minutes to an hour in a warmish place.


Step 3

Roll out the dough into discs and one by one, place in a hot dry frying pan. Cook on one side until you see the dough puffing up. Turn over and cook on the other side. Store in an airtight container or eat right away.


Step 4

Use with any gorgeous recipe you wish.
