This is her recipe for spirulina energy bites, easy to eat, easy to make and easily storable for an anytime snack.



Step 1

Blend Cashews until sufficiently broken up, Add remaining ingredients and mix until a ball is formed,  Add some filtered water to a bowl, Wet your hands and form balls with the mixture. Roll each ball into some coconut shavings. Store in fridge until ready to eat. Simple!

Tip: for nut allergy sufferers you can try replacing the nuts with sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
