Adam Hart Rogue Trainer Protein Pancakes

Adam Hart is a resident with a long list of achievements and training methods. He has worked with the superfit and the super famous and already helped most residents improve their health and fitness. This pancake recipe is his “go to” post workout meal, firstly because it has everything in the body needs to recover but mostly because it´s delicious



Step 1

Mix the oats, protein and eggs in the blender with a banana. Once blended well cook each pancake in a small pan with a little coconut oil for frying.

Step 2

Serve with cinnamon, honey and any other topping you wish.
