Dark Chocolate Orange Bites with Sea Salt and Bee Pollen

If you want an indulgent treat, something rich, something dark and chocolatey, something gooey in the middle? This is them. A small after dinner nibble or cocoa fix at any time of the day.



Ingredients

Step 1

Blend the dried fruits and the coconut oil until everything is mixed well with small chunks of dried fruits mixed together and the coconut oil is now coating the mixture.

Step 2

Bring out a board (chopping board is suffice) and roll the fruit mixture into small balls of equal size. (Just enough to be bite size) Once rolled put the balls into the fridge for 30 minutes or the freezer for 10 if you are in a rush

 

Step 3

Whilst the fruit is setting prepare a bain marie to melt the chocolate. (A pan of bubbling water with a bowl laying on the rim of the pan above the steam but not touching the water)

Step 4

Once the chocolate is melted roll the balls in the chocolate add the salt and the pollen whilst the chocolate is still warm.

Step 5

Store in the fridge for an hour until chilled completely before transferring to a sealable tub and returning to the fridge.
