This is a retreat staple as it offers a high nutrient value, is super light,cleansing and it tastes delicious.




Step 1

Put all ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth adding in a little more apple juice should you want it a thinner consistency.


Most green foods, such as spinach and parsley, are considered super foods because they contain a high amount of antioxidants in them. Plenty of vitamin A, C and E can be found in most green foods, in addition to other important nutrients such as iron and zinc
