This is refreshing and creamy. A simple thick smoothie to enjoy in less than 5 minutes. The plums bought in a local store with the strawberries and pineapple.

Put everything in a blender with the ice blend for about a minute until ice is completely crushed

Plums are very low in saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Niacin and Potassium, and a very good source of Vitamin C.
