Raw Chocolate Mousse with Pollen Crisps and a Banana Spoon

This is pure chocoholic indulgence without the guilt, perfect for big and little kids alike.



Ingredients

Step 1

Cut the banana lengthways and bake in the oven on a low heat of 160 degrees or gas mark 4 for 30 minutes or until golden. Take out leave to cool before putting in the fridge. They can stay here until you serve the mousse.

Step 2

Put the avocado, honey and cocoa into the blender. Blend for 2 minutes or so, or until the consistency is a airy and light mousse.

Step 3

Put the mousse into the glasses and place in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

 

Step 4

When ready to serve, sprinkle bee pollen onto the mouse and serve with the chilled and crisp banana spoons.
